To achieve this we work with selected couriers who share our passion for timely customer service, keeping you informed every step of the way.

What are the delivery charges?

Orders under £100 are - £3.95

Orders £100 or over are – Free of charge

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1500 hrs are dispatched the same day

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 1500 hrs are dispatched the next work day

Please note - Saturday delivery is included in our next day service on all inflatable paddleboard packages.

Orders placed Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank Holidays are dispatched the following work day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We carry large volumes of stock and are therefore able to offer extremely quick delivery.

Small Items -

Schrader valves, fins, clothing etc are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service. Delivery can take between 2 - 4 days.

Larger Items -

Such as paddles, inflatable paddleboard packages, hard paddleboards etc unless stated otherwise are offered on a next day delivery service if the order is received prior to 1500hrs.

Saturday delivery is included in our next day service on all inflatable paddleboard packages ordered by 1500hrs on a Friday.

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

Yes, Saturday delivery is included on all inflatable paddleboard packages. For other items and outside of this time Saturday delivery is likely to incur a small additional charge. Should you have any questions please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

How can will I know my order has been sent?

At the time of dispatch you will be notified that your order is on it's way to you.

How can I track my delivery?

Small items such as clothing are usually sent via Royal Mail. In this instance you will be sent a tracking code via email allowing you to follow your order.

Large items such as paddles, inflatable paddle boards and hard SUP’s are sent via a dedicated courier service. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, Republic of Island, Channel Isle and Isle of Man this is DPDLocal. Should another courier be used you will be notified at the time of shipping. At the time of dispatch The SUP Company pass your delivery details, mobile number and email address to the courier. The selected courier will then contact you with a notice of delivery. If it is DPDLocal you will be contacted with an hour’s window of delivery.

Please be aware that all deliveries from The SUP Company require a signature at the time of their arrival.

We want to ensure you receive your item safely and securely. We ask that you inspect the packaging when the item arrives with the courier, before signing off the courier delivery. In the unlikely event of there being the slightest indication of damage please sign for the delivery and write "Damaged'.

If the packaging is damaged and the courier refuses to allow you to sign for the package as damaged, please take the time to unwrap and inspect the product prior to signing. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for them as “Damaged”.  If there is further refusal, please contact the us by phone or email us at customerservices@thesupco.co.uk

Please remember it is your responsibility to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, we are afraid that we cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

The SUP Company reserves the right to refuse any order and will advise the potential purchaser in reasonable time. The SUP Company does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. I live in the Channel Isles (outside the EU), can I purchase ex VAT?

Yes, we are pleased to offer an export service for customers outside of the EU from our store in Southampton, England. Please contact us via export@thesupco.com or on 0044 2380 172189 to discuss your requirements. Delivery to the Channel Island's takes two days.

When will my order be dispatched?

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders (except hard SUPs) destined to the Scottish Highlands and Islands are sent on a two day delivery service.

Hard SUP’s due to their size and fragile nature can take between 3-5 days to arrive although we will always aim for quicker.

If for some reason this delivery service is not available you will be contacted by one of The SUP Company team.

Are there any other charges?

We highly recommend that you check your national import policy. It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay.  The SUP Company is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office. Sadly, if The SUP Company sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to The SUP Company minus the total shipping and returns costs.

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

What are the delivery charges?

Orders under £150 are - £9.95

Orders £150 or over are – Free of charge

Bosnia, Iceland, Serbia and Switzland require a surcharge of £32 to cover Custom Clearance Charges.

Please note as a general rule hard SUP’s are not available for shipping outside of the UK - however, please give us a call on 0044 2380 172189 to discuss your requirements as we will always do our best to accomodate you where we can.

Unfortunately at this time due to prohibitive shipping costs and in some cases our couriers refusal to deliver to countries such as Russia and Brazil, our website is configured not to allow for delivery outside of the UK and Europe.
