SUP Returns

We have extended our returns policy over Christmas. Any order placed on the 23rd of November 2017 or after, can be returned until the 31st of January 2018. All items are to be returned as per our standard policy below. Full priced items will be refunded in full, while sales & discounted items will be eligible for a credit or voucher.

Should you need to return something, we want to make it simple and hassle free for you – if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We will then issue you a refund on receipt, or exchange for a different product. All we ask is that you ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including labels and unused otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

Once we have processed your return we will send you an email to let you know. A refund will then be made back to your original payment method and exchanges will be processed and posted to you.

Just please make sure that when returning your item(s) to us you enclose the following information -

  2. Your Name
  3. Your Phone Number
  4. Your Email Address
  5. Reason for Return

Please note that the item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
